From some of the best vineyards in the Roussillon, this distinctively French white wine is crafted from native varietals to the region. The soils are rich in clay and silt.

Description

Tasting Note
Slightly floral on the nose with a hint of minerality and pastry. Honeysuckle, peaches and herbs shine through supported by lovely texture, depth and weight. A salivating mouth, which is slightly saline and with juicy pear notes.

Food Matching
This stands up well to rich paté – say a lovely chicken liver pate on toast (yum) but also slightly richer, creamier, saucier foods.
